Counselling in North London
Therapy
I provide a non-judgemental space for you to become more self-aware and develop in your own unique way. I'll work with you to help rethink existing patterns of behaviour, improve your self-esteem, enhance self-acceptance and have more fruitful relationships with the significant other people in your life. I have a particular focus on helping with depression, anxiety and sexuality issues.
I have trained in the humanistic integrative approach to counselling. This means that I believe in your capacity to build on your personal strengths. I use different theoretical approaches depending on your needs. The approaches I bring to my work include psychodynamic therapy, person-centred therapy, and some elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I also have a strong interest in transactional analysis (TA) and use concepts and models from that approach.

About me
I have a diploma and an advanced diploma in humanistic integrative counselling, and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I undergo ongoing supervision and professional training to ensure that I continue to practise to high standards.
I have previously spent several years working voluntarily as a counsellor at the Old Court House surgery in Barnet and CPPD counselling school in Hornsey.
