Not sure what to expect from therapy?
Note: I'm currently unable to take new clients.
I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to become more self-aware and develop in your own unique way. My work is primarily relational talking therapy and led by you, the client. I also believe that using specific interventions in a collaborative way, especially with trauma work, are helpful.
As you'll have your own unique reasons for therapy, I encourage you to have an initial assessment session to find out whether I'm the right therapist for you, and for me to find out more about your needs.
I work with people from all backgrounds. I have a focus on working with anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), LGBT / sexuality issues, cultural issues for people from a south Asian or Muslim background, and bereavement.
I have been practising since 2016 and am:

Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling, accredited by ACTO
Certificate in Trauma Treatments from SDS, approved by the British Psychological Society
