What to expect from therapy
I work with people from all backgrounds. I welcome LGBTQ clients.
I primarily offer:
- counselling (humanistic integrative)
- eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy
- the Rewind technique for trauma
EMDR and Rewind are evidence-based therapies originally developed for PTSD. They're also used for a broad range of other problems including anxiety, low self esteem, phobias, anger issues and more. Find out more about EMDR and Rewind.
As you have your own unique reasons for seeking therapy, I encourage you to book a free short initial consultation first. After that, if we agree, I will set up an assessment session - this lasts 50 minutes and is to find out more about your needs, and for you to find out more about what therapy will look like.
All therapy sessions are confidential.
I offer sessions online, or face to face in Crouch End (North London).
